Terms of Service
Cube Forms · Effective October 18, 2026
These terms are an agreement between you and EarthOnline, Inc., a Delaware corporation founded and run by Bonan Kou (“we”, “us”). They cover Cube Forms: the website, form pages, embedded forms, the HTTP API and the MCP servers (together, “Cube”). By using Cube, you agree to these terms. If you use Cube for an organization, you agree for that organization, and you confirm you are allowed to.
Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle data.
1. What Cube is
- Cube lets you make forms and share them by link, by embedding them on your website, over HTTP, and over MCP.
- People fill in your forms on the page. AI agents can fill them in for their person.
- You read the answers on Cube, export them as CSV, and can have each answer sent to an email address, a webhook or Slack.
- Cube is free today. If we start charging, we will tell you first, and we won’t charge you unless you agree.
2. Accounts
- You sign in with a code sent to your email address, or with Google. One email address is one account.
- You must be at least 13 years old to use Cube.
- You are responsible for everything done in your account, including by AI apps you connect to it.
- Anyone who can read your email can sign in as you. Keep your email account secure.
- Tell us at hello@usecube.io if you think someone else is using your account.
3. Your forms and the data you collect
- You own your forms and the answers they receive. We don’t claim any ownership.
- You give us permission to host, store, copy, display, process and send your forms and answers, only as needed to run Cube for you.
- You are responsible for your forms and for the data you collect with them. That means:
- Tell people who you are and what you will do with their answers.
- Have a lawful reason to collect what you ask for.
- Follow the laws that apply to you, including privacy, consumer-protection, employment and anti-spam laws.
- Publish your own privacy notice when the law requires one.
- Handle requests from people who want to see or delete their answers.
- You choose where answers are sent (email, a webhook, Slack). You are responsible for those places.
- Cube is not built for data that needs HIPAA or PCI DSS compliance. Don’t use it for that.
- A form can be opened by anyone with its link. Don’t put secrets in a form’s questions.
4. Acceptable use
Don’t use Cube to:
- Phish, or pretend to be a person, company or brand you are not.
- Collect passwords, sign-in codes, API keys or other credentials.
- Collect payment card numbers or bank account login details.
- Collect data from children under 13.
- Publish or collect anything illegal, including content that exploits children, harasses or threatens people, or infringes someone’s rights.
- Spread malware, or use uploads to store or pass on harmful files.
- Send spam. This includes having an agent send bulk, fake or unrequested submissions to anyone’s forms.
- Get around rate limits, overload Cube, or test it for security holes without our permission. (Found a security problem? Email hello@usecube.io.)
- Try to reach forms, answers or accounts that aren’t yours.
- Use our servers’ file downloads or webhooks to reach systems you aren’t allowed to reach.
We may remove a form, delete content, or suspend an account that breaks these rules. Where we reasonably can, we will tell you why.
To report a form, email hello@usecube.io with its link.
5. AI agents
- An AI agent may fill in a form for its person. Those answers count as the person’s own, as if they had pressed Submit.
- If you have an agent fill in forms for you, you are responsible for what it sends in your name.
- Agents must send only what their person told them. They must not make up answers, tick consent boxes, or answer demographic questions unless their person said to.
- If you connect an AI app to your account (the
/mcp/ownerserver), it can do anything you can: create, change and delete forms; read, export and delete answers; and change where answers are sent. You are responsible for what it does. - AI apps make mistakes. Deleting a form or an answer can’t be undone.
- The company that runs your AI app handles your data under its own terms. We are not responsible for it.
6. Our service and our code
- Cube, its name and its look belong to us. These terms don’t give you rights to them, except to use Cube as described here.
- Code we publish as open source is covered by its own license, which governs that code.
- If you send us feedback or ideas, we may use them without owing you anything.
7. Availability and changes
- We provide Cube “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, express or implied. This includes warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement.
- We don’t promise Cube will always be available, error-free or secure, or that answers will never be lost.
- Keep your own copy of answers that matter to you, using the CSV export or forwarding.
- We may change, add or remove features. We may stop offering Cube. If we shut Cube down, we will give at least 30 days’ notice so you can export your answers.
8. Limitation of liability
- To the fullest extent the law allows, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue or data.
- To the fullest extent the law allows, our total liability for any claim about Cube is limited to the greater of US$100 or the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.
- Some places don’t allow these limits. In those places, they apply only as far as the law allows.
9. Indemnity
If someone makes a claim against us because of your forms, the data you collected, or your breaking these terms, you will cover our reasonable costs and losses from that claim.
10. Ending your use
- You can stop using Cube at any time. You can delete your forms and answers yourself. To delete your account, email hello@usecube.io from the account’s address. We delete the account, its forms, answers and files within 30 days.
- We may suspend or end your access if you break these terms, if the law requires it, or to protect people or Cube.
- Sections 3, 6, 7, 8, 9 and 11 still apply after your use ends.
11. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute will be heard in the state or federal courts located in Delaware.
12. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. We will post the new version here and update the date at the top. If a change is significant, we will email account owners before it takes effect. If you keep using Cube after a change takes effect, you accept the new terms.
